TRANSFER CASE

The Transfer Case is warrantied to be in good working and are warrantied to be free of any internal defects in material or workmanship. WARRANTY COVERAGE DETAILS:
  • We cover you against any manufacturing defects on the transfer case.
  • We do not charge shipping fees if it is determined that transfer case has manufacturing defects and is not due to abuse or failure to transfer case properly.
  • Buyer’s warranty begins at original date of delivery of the product and expires at the end of the warranty that was promised at the time of placing the order.
  • You must use the oil required by our company for warranty to remain valid.
  • Unit must be returned for our inspection to determine fault. If the same proven to be faulty a replacement will be sent out at the earliest.
  • Any dismantling of transfer case automatically voids the warranty.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
  • Abuse, neglect, accident, or improper towing.
  • Warranty is void if used for racing or sled pulling.
  • Improper installation and maintenance, INCLUDING FAILURE TO FILL THE UNIT WITH PROPER FLUID AND MAINTAIN ADEQUATE LEVELS.
  • Any charges that may have been incurred from towing or vehicle rental.
  • Loss of time, inconvenience, vehicle usage loss, commercial loss or consequential damages.
  • Broken or burnt Gears or Shafts due to improper driving, towing or letting unit run low on oil.
  • No claims for labor or consequential damages will be accepted.
  • We are not liable for misuse or negligence causing damage, defect, injury, or loss.
  • We do not warranty short throw shifters as they wear out the gears faster.
  • Any dismantling of transfer case automatically voids the warranty.
  • Warranty is non-transferable.
 Installation Checklist
  • Lift up the front of the vehicle and then prop it up with jack stand
  • Disconnect the transfer case from the following parts:
  •         1.Front and rear driveshafts
  •         2 .Any wiring harnesses
  •         3.Speedometer cable(if present)
  •         4. Shift lever linkage (if present) 5.Vent hose 6.Transfer case support member 7.Transmission adapter
  • Lower the transfer case with the transmission jack and then remove it.
  • To remove the driveshafts, you may want box end wrenches. Sockets do not always fit.
  • Spray all bolts and nuts to be removed with penetrating oil.
  • Rent or borrow a transmission jack from an auto parts store. With a friend helping, it’s possible to do the job without a transmission jack, but it’s risky.
  • Be sure to put the jack stands on the jack points, not the vehicle’s body. This may be obvious, but some people still do this.
  • Depending on the vehicle, you may need four jack stands to create enough room.
  • Have new fluid on hand for your new transfer case.

How To Prep Exchange Unit for Return:
  • Do not return exchange prior to completed installation. (This may result in lost bolts, sensors and/or brackets).
  • Completely drain all oil and fluids from unit.
  • Exchange must be assembled as a unit and placed on pallet or container as delivered.
  • Mark the unit as “core” and notify your sales representative for a pick-up.
